The Primavera Beehive OVEN offers a 24" internal cooking floor and includes a metal stand. The oven weights less than 400lbs, and can be set-up on a patio without any specialized tools or equipment. While it is smaller and lighter than the Toscana Series ovens, the Primavera Oven still provides an authentic Italian wood-fired cooking experience -- complete with a steel chimney, compressed firebrick cooking floor and refractory dome. Read more about the Forno Bravo Primavera Oven.
The Forno Bravo Primavera beehive oven is a ready-to-cook wood-fired oven, complete with a fully insulated refractory dome and cooking floor, vent, door, and metal stand. Just set it into place, light the fire and start baking authentic Pizza Napoletana. The Primavera wood oven combines the simplicity and convenience of a charcoal BBQ with the pleasure of true Italian wood-fired cooking. The fully finished Primavera wood oven includes the round oven dome, 24" cooking floor, 6" oven landing, vent and chimney, metal stand and metal door.
**The size and weight of the Primavera beehive oven are finely balanced, providing enough floor space and thermal mass for serious baking -- in a package that can be easily set up and even moved. The Primavera enclosure is a small 36" round; not much larger than your kettle BBQ. It is perfect for casual entertaining and family gatherings. Based on modern refractory materials and space-age insulation, the Primavera wood oven offers very fast heat times (as little as 35 minutes) and excellent heat retention capability for baking two-minute Vera Pizza Napoletana and hearth bread. The oven easily maintains the high heat (700ºF+) necessary for serious pizza baking, while the outside of the oven stays cool to the touch. The oven dome and floor are rated for operation at 2300ºF—temperatures far greater than the oven will ever reach. The Primavera wood oven is the real thing. The ovens utilize an Italian-style vent system, providing excellent air movement -- a significant improvement over ventless ovens, where smoke and soot pour out of the oven door, making the oven opening black and dirty and making it difficult to cook. The Primavera oven is finished in a warm Mediterranean "giallo" (golden yellow) color with a light brown old-world Tuscan glaze. The oven include a steel door. Optional accessories include additional pizza peels, an oven rake, an oven shovel, infrared thermometer, Tuscan grill, and wood-fired oven baking pans. The fully finished Primavera wood ovens are available in two sizes: the 24" Primavera 60 and the 28" Primavera70 Both ovens include the oven dome, round firebrick cooking floor, 6" oven landing, vent and chimney, and metal door. The Primavera60 includes an attractive metal stand, while the Primavera70 can easily be installed on an outdoor kitchen counter or grill island, or on the Forno Bravo Primavera70 built-in stand. Everything you need to get started except the wood.
