TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS: ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON THIS SITE ARE SPECIAL ORDER. Items need special preperation and crating.  Credit Cards will be charged in full at time of order. Customer will be advised of approximate shipping date. (Shipped means leaves warehouse) Payment made by personal check will be deposited in MWS Enterprises account. Order will not be processed until check clears. Any returned checks will be charged 30.00. All orders cancelled will be subject to a 25% charge. Any ovens and or accessories in holding will be subject to a 25% handling charge if cancelled. Any orders cancelled after shipping will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges. Orders can not be cancelled in the event they are imported from another country and or assembly and modifications have been made. All warranties on any item or items will be executed and inforced by the manufacturer. MWS Enterprises (Home Pizzeria Ovens) is not responsible for any warranties, but will vigilantly assist customer in the fullfillment of such warranty. Damaged goods can be returned in accordence with the manufacturers policy. All items delivered by freight companies should be inspected before the driver leaves and the damage paperwork (provided on crate) filled out in its entirety. Contents must be inspected to note any missing items. The customer will have little recourse if he or she allows driver to leave before inspection.

SHIPPING: Most of the large items (pizza ovens) will be shipped from either Italy or California to a drop off station near your shipping address. Customer will then be notified by phone, email or both that the oven is there. Customer will be given instructions on how to arrange the final delivery destination. Delivery is curbside only. Truck driver can not assist in removing item from truck. Some items will be lowered by liftgate and heavier items will need a fork lift supplied by customer. Customer must also supply fork lift operator and crate dismantler.

SECONDARY SHIPPER: In the event you the customer decides to utilize the services of a secondary shipping company and wish to transport any items on this site to Canada or the Caribbean, the following will apply. MWS Enterprises will ship any item to a secondary shipping company located in VT, NH, ME or FL. You the customer will be responsible to select such secondary shipper. You the customer and your secondary shipper will be responsible for all customs. You the customer and your shipper will be responsible for accepting and inspecting the crate and contents of the shipment. If there is any damage or missing items, it will be up to you or your secondary shipper to refuse delivery at that point. You the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to your secondary shipper. We at MWS Enterprises (home pizzeria ovens) will not be responsible for any damaged or missing items once shipped outside of either VT, NH, ME or FL. Any faulty items under warranty will be shipped to the original secondary shipping address and you the customer will be responsible to forward such item (items) to their final destination at your expense.

Installation: Installers are independent contractors and are not employed by MWS Enterprises. They are referrals for the convenience of the customer and or the customers general contractor. ( Customer means purchaser of any products on this site).

MWS Enterprises is not responsible for their workmanship or any other portion of their business. All installers will have adequate liability insurance at the time of their refferal.

We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the carriers judgement as to his/her ability to safely maneuver unpaved, private driveways/roadways.
