The Toscana Series is a family of assembled and fully finished pizza ovens. These Ovens are fully assembled and completely insulated and only need a foundation block to set them on. (see install photo)The ovens are finished in the traditional Mediterranean Igloo (or beehive) shape with a brick arch and oven landing. You can purchase these ovens in four sizes. The 80, 90, 100 and 110.

 No need to assemble this oven. The Toscana is ready to be fired. Set it down on your desired platform or stand, put a little wood inside and strike that match. Unlike other "assembled" ovens, where the final enclosure is not provided, the Toscana series is fully finished with a color-in, weather-proof stucco Igloo.  Custom colors are available on request. 

We use refractory materials and aluminate mortars with ceramic insulation and a multi layer insulating hearth. The Toscana will heat up to 750 to 800 degrees in about 45 minutes. However, the Toscana like all of our ovens will hold nearly 500 degrees overnight, making it easy to bring your oven up to temperature in just a few minutes. Baking pizza in a little more than two minutes.

 The Toscana utilizes a refractory vent system that allows superior air movement and longevity of the unit. The low end metal vent systems used by others, does not compare. We use the ultimate chimney pipe with 6" and 8" double wall Duratech.

The Toscana oven comes with a steel door. However, we highly recommend the optional 5 piece residential pizza oven tool set and the infrared thermometer. They are essential in curing and maintaining your oven.
